A form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns.
An expressive dance style that blends ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical is generally smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz. Lyrical
express strong emotions such as love, joy and anger. (Previous ballet experience required)

An artistic dance form performed to music using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures. Ballet is characterized by light, graceful, fluid movements.
Tells a story through dance and movement employing dramatic cause and effect, also regarded as dramatic tension.

These classes combine fun routines of ballet/tap or jazz/ballet incorporated with extreme sass. Toddlers will love this class.

A class dedicated to the technique required for proper execution of all turns, jumps & leaps as well as strength & conditioning, muscle power, weight resistance and increasing flexibility.
Learn flirtatious moves using a chair as a prop. Bring out the 20 year old in your spirit. She needs to be awakened! You will feel more confident the more you take.
This high energy class focuses on cardio dance, flexibility, technique with resistance training, circuit stations and endurance training. Open to anyone looking for a great, full-body workout!
