An expressive dance style that blends ballet and jazz dance. Lyrical is generally smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz. Lyrical

This high energy class focuses on cardio dance, flexibility, technique with resistance training, circuit stations and endurance training.
Designed for baby & adult with simple stories, finger-plays, bouncing rhymes, tumbling/climbing mats music and movement activities to encourage reading readiness.
Toddlers enjoy a single or combo class with dance fundamentals with sing-a-long songs and prop use.
The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acro Dance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
