Vienna Watters
PBT, Technique, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Acro, Conditioning and Contemporary Instructor
Vienna has been dancing for 18 years, competitively danced for 6 years, and has been teaching for a total of 5. Well rounded in several genres of dance; Vaganova Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Poms, Tumbling, and Heels Dance and Acrobatics. She credits a lot of her knowledge and technique to Renown Teacher, Professional Dancer and Choreographer Scuba-Steve Gorski and Elise Bukowski of Salt Creek Ballet. Vienna is a certified teacher in Progressing Ballet Technique. Formal instructor and Assistant Chicago Land Director for renown Heels Dance Program Army Of Sass, experience in Business Management as formal head coach and Assistant Director of Oak Forest Park district and Momentum Dance Force, as well as experience in judging competitive dance competitions in which she continues to pursue. In her professional career Vienna has danced with Chicago Human Rhythm Project, performer in the Chicago Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade for a consecutive 9 years, scouted and received a private audition for America’s Got Talent, also performing in local parades and festivals around the Chicago Land area. As a professional Choreographer Vienna choreographed a heels dance showcased in 2 national dance organizations known as Prelude and Choreographers Carnival, and choreographing for other performers in Chicago. With vast knowledge in all aspects of dance Vienna continues to work with professionals to ensure her fellow dancers are getting the best and most current dance knowledge. With passion and knowledge including a keen eye to detail Vienna is a rising force in the dance world.

Amanda Racz
Owner/ Director
PDC Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop Instructor
Amanda is a national dancer and choreographer from Southeast Georgia. She attended Robert Morris University for Business Management. Her dance passion is for Competitive Jazz, Lyrical and Musical Theatre. She was a dancer, actress at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, FL where she also learned how to walk stilts. She was a print model for companies such as Coca Cola, Vault, Oil of Olay, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Full Throttle. She was a certified choreographer/instructor for American Dance Training Camps, certified as a ZUMBA Instructor, Adjudicator for several national dance and talent competitions, convention instructor as well as a choreographer for several studios throughout the Chicagoland area. Amanda has developed an adult dance program, "The Femme Rebellion", (Showcased recently at "Prelude Midwest" and "Carnival Chicago Choreographer's Ball") for men & women and the LGBTQ community to rebel, have fun and feel confident through the power dance.

Charles McGregory
Tumbling and Tap Instructor
Charles McGregory is a multi-talented dancer with over twenty years of experience in the forms of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Gymnastics and various Performing arts. He currently teaches Tap and Gymnastics at Sammy Dyer School of the theater as well as Precision Dance Project and has recently written and directed his own show “The Four Temperments”. Charles has choreographed alongside Jumaane Taylor and Idella Reed-Davis, and has danced alongside Starinah Dixon, Donnetta Jackson, and Brill Barret of M.A.D.D Rhythms, as well as Sarah Savelli. He has also performed in various Master performances with the Chicago Human Rhythm Project over the past four years with Dianne Walker, Nico Rubio, and Sam Weber and is a certified coach for the United States Trampoline and Tumbling Association, certification with Acrobatic Arts in progress.

Louise Taitz

Ballet
Louise Taitz emigrated to the USA from South Africa and settled in the Chicago Northern suburbs in 2000. Ms.Taitz studied multiple dance genre's at the Performing Arts High School in Johannesburg SA and also trained under the tutelage of Royal Academy Of Dance (RAD) Major examiners Reina Berman and Joyce Myroff, Louise was awarded the Advanced RAD Ballet Diploma. After graduating Louise moved to London training at the Royal Ballet School prior to receiving a full time professional contract with the Israel Classical Ballet with whom she spent most of her professional career. As the Director of On Your Toes Academy of Dance in Buffalo Grove Illinois Louise spends most of her time in the studio working with students of all ages and levels. On Your Toes students have attended YAGP Finals in New York for the past 4 years. As well being a studio owner Louise also travels around the country as a guest Master Ballet Teacher and is the creator of Technique Lab, Foundation for Dancers to be released to the dance teaching community Fall 2021 Ms.Taitz has extensive judging experience in the USA as well as Israel, Japan and Portugal and is on faculty with Energy Dance Competition with whom she also is the Master Ballet Convention Teacher as well as judging with Fly Dance Competition and also works as a judge and dance educator for Icon Dance Awards. Ms.Taitz is the USA Representative for "Conservatorio International de Ballet e Danca Annarella Sanchez" and is responsible for hosting USA auditions to attend this prestigious summer school in Portugal.

Chris Xayrath

Contemporary Fusion / Hip Hop
Born in the suburb of Chicago IL, Chris Xayarath started dancing in 2002. His interest in dance grew over the years as well as learning many different styles to this day; hip hop, jazz, jazz funk, and contemporary. From 2007-2009, he joined Xtreme Dance Force in Naperville, IL where he had the opportunity to work personally with choreographers such as Kevin Maher, Matt Cady, and David Moore. Chris was also given the opportunity to open up for Hip Hop artist Soulja Boy at Northern Illinois University in 2008. He opened up for artist Fat Joe and Bruno Mars at the House of Blues September of 2010. In 2011 and 2012, Chris performed and shared the stage with artists like Lil’ Jon, Ludacris, and Ciara at Chicago’s radio station 103.5 kiss fm’s fantabuloso concert. He recently worked with the Chicago Bulls Luvabulls dance team and was featured in Chicago artist Chance The Rapper in his music video Angels. Currently Chris is working at Walt Disney World in Orlando as an entertainment performer dancing in parades and the festival of lion king.
